You will be the coordination point between clients, operation management and suppliers to ensure smooth service. Responsibilities Working with the operations team General administration Updating the scheduling database on excel Package support Sending follow up confirmations and invoices Customer reporting About You Fluent in written and spoken English Understanding of commonly used office packages Experience using excel Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative Reliable Eye for detail Team player The role is Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm Salary- £23795 Interviewing now with an immediate start
