Position
What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will join our customer service team working in a fast paced contact centre, assisting customers with parking permit solutions. This role is handling inbound phone calls and dealing with administration duties - so if you can give excellent service over the phone and in writing, we need you!
Responsibilities And Duties
1. To be the first line of support for customer contact over the telephone and via email
2. To assist all our customers with resolution to their car parking permit queries
3. Provide exceptional customer service at all times
4. Ensure the quality of work is generated to the highest standard
5. Provide friendly and efficient customer service
6. Adhere to the IPC Code of Practise at all times, along with internal policies and procedures
Requirements
Who you are
1. Experience within a fast paced, dynamic role
2. Customer service experience is essential - any background is welcome, for example retail, office, hospitality, care or leisure
3. Call centre experience is desirable but not essential
4. Organised and efficient with office administration - keeping our database up to date at all times and responding professionally to customers.
This role is subject to the successful applicant undertaking a DBS check.
Other information
Salary: £25,396.80 per annum.
Location: Lancing. The office has free onsite parking, a kitchen facility and a smart casual dress code.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

2. You must be able to legally live and work in the UK
3. The postholder will be required to travel to external meetings on occasion by most effective means available. Having a UK driving licence would be desirable.
