Main Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of DE&I programs and initiatives. Assist in organizing DE&I workshops for employees. Help collect and analyze diversity data to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Contribute to internal communications related to DE&I efforts. Assist in coordinating employee resource groups (ERGs) and their activities. Assist in planning and executing DE&I-focused events and celebrations. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications such as Your Voice and our Culture Plan. Contribute to broader HR projects across the team such as our recognition program, promotion of benefits and how we build our brand reputation. Collaborate with various departments to address HR-related queries and issues. About You Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field. Soft and Technical Skills: Strong understanding of DE&I principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (Workday or similar). Passion for creating an inclusive workplace culture. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Creativity in developing engaging DE&I initiatives. Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Experience: Experience in HR field and project management and event planning is a plus. Languages: Fluent English.
