Key Responsibilities
Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding Subcontractor works.
Approval of Rams
Issue PTW/Isolation PTW
Subcontractor Monitoring
Dynamic RA
Escort Subcontractors to carry out site surveys.
Issue progress reports
Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices at all times.
To develop a good working relationship between the Projects team and the BAU team.
Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment
Ensure the professional image of CBRE is presented to clients at all times.
To ensure tasks as directed are completed with the appropriate H&S awareness/implementation.
Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's.
To understand the BoA escalation procedure.
Maintain CBRE E-Learning and BoA E-Learning in accordance with local Training Matrix.Role Requirements:
Engineer is to be Electrical qualified with 18th Edition.
To work with the Project team to ensure all environmental conditions are maintained at all times with regard to critical building systems.
To issue Permit to Work, Isolation Permits.
Carry out Electrical isolations.
Complete all Subcontractor paperwork, approval of RAMS, Contractor monitoring forms.
To escort subcontractors to carry out site surveys
Good working knowledge of Building Services Infostructure.
Good communication skills.Accountabilities
Accountable to Moves & Change/Project Manager
