2. Communicating effectively with internal teams and external clients
3. Using client portals for data entry and management
4. Handling document management and electronic filing
5. Following up with clients on outstanding records
6. Supporting the office management team with administrative tasks as required
7. Sending completion emails and managing purchase orders
8. Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the management team
