Join a successful company based in Cardiff as a Customer Account Manager.
The main purpose of this role is to Account manage existing business ( 80%) and sales / relationship development for new business when needed (20%).
The Role:
Contribute and grow sales in a designated territory to achieve the budgeted revenue target.
Provide accurate advice and support to optimise the client experience
To build and maintain client relationships to enable recommendation and referral.
To build and maintain external staff relationships.
Ensure any actions taken and client communications received are promptly recorded on CRM.
To actively participate in the handling and resolution of client requests via telephone, email and website
Deliver accepted sales quotations via client interactions to meet territory and wider business sales targets.
Ensure proactive sales activity to retain existing clients and take every opportunity to gain new clients is undertaken and recorded.
Obtain, evaluate, and share as applicable client feedback, changes to market conditions and competitor data.
Represent and promote the company at legal conferences, exhibitions, CPD seminars etc. with a view to gaining new contacts and business. Follow up those contacts gained and convert them to customers.
Work closely with the Marketing manager to ensure sales activities are coordinated with marketing activities and that marketing activities are followed up e.g. with outbound sales calls.
