We are looking for an PA Administrators to join our growing and busy team.
An opportunity has arisen at Stern Energy for a PA Administrator on a Part-time basis, based in Birmingham. This role has come at an exciting time for our fast-growing company and a super opportunity for someone who is looking to step into an office role.
The right candidate shall have a can- do, helpful attitude and have a good eye for detail. Ideally you would have worked in a similar role. You will be highly organised and be able to work on your own initiative within a friendly but busy team in an open office environment.
Who are we? Stern Energy operates ground mounted photovoltaic systems for over 400MW in the UK. We are among the largest operators in Europe with activities in 5 Countries and over 1.6GW under management. We are specialised in proposing and executing revamping and repowering projects to enhance the performance of the assets we operate.
Main responsibilities
You will provide essential support to our team by performing various administrative and organisational tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Administrative assistance to the Managing Director
* Manage and organise the office, including keep it tidy
* Handle incoming and outgoing letters
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry tasks.
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers
* Support the wider leadership team and their departments with administrative tasks
* Liaise with the Warehouse Manager in Eastbourne to coordinate deliveries and logistics.
* Travel bookings
* Facilities administration
* IT & equipment administration
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform other tasks as necessary within the remit of your role.
You will report to directly to the Managing director.
