We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery at client sites. Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues. Carry out routine servicing and inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently. Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users. Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and departments to improve service quality. Recommend upgrades or modifications to enhance equipment performance. Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience as a Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or in a similar role. Strong mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering background. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Willingness to travel as required for service visits. Full UK driving license (if applicable). Qualifications: HND/HNC /Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or relevant field). Relevant industry certifications or vocational training.
