What you'll do
1. Oversee the creation of Non Food transfer schedules to all RDCs
2. Ensure timely and accurate communications to relevant admin teams
3. Proactively plan the daily outbound transfers liaising with key stakeholders in Material Flow System, Operations and hauliers
4. Maintain databases of stock movements nationwide
5. Responsibility for dealing with transfer claims and queries
6. Creating tasks for pallet adjustments to ensure correct product quantities are dispatched
7. Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports working with the management team towards achieving department’s KPIs
8. Engage in the training of new colleagues
9. Keep everything clean and safe
What you'll need
10. Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment
11. Familiarity with Warehouse systems (EWM/SAP) is highly desirable
12. Previous exposure to a Transport function would be beneficial
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and solve problems
16. Self-motivation, a can-do attitude and a sense of pride in a job well done
17. Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights or weekends when required
