Currently representing a client who are on the search for an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance Team in Swindon. The role focusses on ensuring sales and purchase invoicing is complete to a high standard.
Your new role
As an Accounts Asisstant you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
* Raising and sending commission invoices
* Reporting - updating cashflow tracker and present in meetings weekly
* Event reconciliation
* Adding supplier payments to the payment run spreadsheet
* Look after client monies held and update trackers
* Review credit card transactions
* Be the main point of contact for assigned operations teams
* Manage finance team inbox
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in a Finance role
* Good Excel skills
* Able to work under pressure
* Strong administration abilities
* Excellent Team Player
