Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the culinary and hospitality industries. This role is pivotal in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service delivery while fostering a positive team environment. The Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing bar operations and staff management, contributing to the overall success of our Bar.
Responsibilities
1. Assist the Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth running of the bar.
2. Supervise staff, fostering teamwork and maintaining high standards of service.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the Bar.
4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
6. Support financial management by helping to control costs and maximise profitability.
7. Participate in staff meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
3. Knowledge of bar operations is essential.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
6. Experience in bartending or front-of-house operations is essential.
7. A passion for hospitality, with a desire to grow within the industry.
Licensing Requirement

Pay: £24,058.00-£28,513.00 per year
