We have delivered the first HEC project in the UK and continue to work with clients on strategic roadmaps to fully leverage the potential of SAP.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your role
As a SAP Transformation Director, you will lead engagements to transform our client’s businesses throughout the lifecycle of a programme. From shaping propositions in the pre-sales cycle and in providing advisory services to our client, through to delivering Programmes of work and embedding the change within the business.
You will work with new and existing clients across various industries and be responsible for business and IT change of large SAP programmes and sales that enable complex new business or provide large scale improvements in how a business operates.
You will be the primary contact for executive managers and stakeholders at our Clients and will take a key role in board level governance, often chairing or co-chairing steering group and programme board meetings.

Your skills and experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a transformation director on large SAP transformation programmes, in particular during the design phase, looking at end to end business processes and benefits enabled by S4 Hana.
2. Develop strong and trusted relationships with customers to influence CxOs and act as the primary contact for executive managers and stakeholders at our clients.
3. Able to work in a sales as well as a delivery environment and be able to display a high level of innovation and agility.
4. Able to shape and deliver an up front discovery phase of an S4 Hana programme including the development of a business case and roadmap.
5. Able to solution business led transformation deals acting as the End to End Business/solution architect.
6. Be comfortable with managing complexity and are familiar in detail with the processes that are employed on projects.
7. Have a strong understanding of the SAP market and competition as well as an ability to shape a deal.
8. Build high performing teams that can work flexibly incorporating hybrid remote working models.
