AsTeam Leader Front Office, you will work on a full-time basis, including weekends, you will oversee the smooth running of your shift. You will assist the Management Team in the effective operation of the Front Office Department ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, and adhering to the standard required by the hotel.
Some of your duties will include; supervising the Front Desk team, ensuring that all VIPs, World of Hyatt members and Regency Club guests are checked in as per Hotel policy. You will also, handle guest queries and complaints, reporting all complaints to your manager.
You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 on a shift rota basis. Working early and late shifts, including weekends.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing the best customer service for all of our Guests, ensuring that we meet all of their needs.
You will have previous experience in a similar role, with a good knowledge of Hotel systems such as Opera and Reserve. You will have excellent IT and communication skills. As an organised, outgoing individual you will not be fazed by the diverse and challenging situations that you will deal with.
Working under pressure, you will be able to diffuse conflict, act quickly in response to changing guest demands and requirements.
