Head Concierge - Manchester
Salary: £28,884
Shift Patterns & Rotations: 42.5 hours per week. This is not a Monday – Friday 9-5 job. Our Head Concierge work collaboratively throughout the full working week Monday – Sunday. Days and hours will rotate weekly subject to demands and team availability.

Role and Responsibilities
An important role within the business, the Head Concierge is a supervisory position responsible for delivering high levels of customer experience, assisting in everything from a resident’s initial welcome and move-in to ensuring the facilities are maintained and achieving our superior brand standards.
The ideal candidate will be a warm, welcoming, professional people person with the ability to build relationships with our residents as well as have a keen eye for detail, be well organised and meticulous in ensuring the free running of our buildings.
Tasks will include:
* Liaising with residents, completing building tours, supplying, and ensuring they complete relevant paperwork including move-in contracts, maintaining customer databases for communications, and resolving or escalating any issues which may arise.
* Completing regular building compliance walks to ensure brand standards are met, there are no health and safety issues, and items are in good working order.
* Organising resident move-ins and changeovers, ensuring their welcome experience is as smooth and as stress-free as possible, including apartment checks to ensure they’re clean, well maintained and handed over to the standards we expect, preparing keys and ensuring paperwork is correct.
* Ensuring the building is clean and maintained to the highest standard, managing issues with building maintenance and housekeeping.
* Supporting the delivery and promoting on-site events and pop-ups.
* Reporting into the management team.

As this is a supervisory role, we are looking for someone who has experience of supporting colleagues across multi-functioning teams, providing support and guidance where required. You must have a passion for delivering high-end customer service to all our residents and visitors:
* An experienced Customer Service Supervisor / Head Concierge professional is key for this opportunity.
* We are looking for someone who has played a key role in supporting, mentoring, guiding and coordinating colleagues in a Supervisory / Team Leadership role.
* You must be a strong team player with a passion for working with people and customers.
* Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Possess high personal standards and attention to detail.
* Be highly self-motivated and flexible.
