The Role: As a Payroll Assistant, you will be a key part of our dynamic payroll team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and is passionate about numbers. Key Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Handle employee queries related to payroll and resolve them efficiently. Maintain up-to-date records and ensure data confidentiality. Assist in preparing reports and reconciling payroll accounts. Stay informed about payroll legislation and company policies. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in payroll or a related role is preferred. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office (Excel is a must). Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
