Artemis Human Capital is recruiting a Digital Account Executive for a leading Media Group in Northern Ireland. This role will play a pivotal role in selling recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions through their trusted platforms. To ensure the successful candidate hits the ground running you will come from a Digital sales, recruitment, or advertising background. Youll work closely with clients to craft tailored solutions that enhance their recruitment strategies and employer brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships. Identify and secure new business opportunities in the recruitment advertising sector. Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address client needs. Proactively identifying opportunities for repeat business or upselling additional services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of advertising campaigns. Utilise CRM systems to manage client interactions, track sales pipelines, and ensure seamless communication and follow-up. Keep up-to-date with digital media trends and advise clients on best practices. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, preferably within digital media, recruitment or advertising. A solid understanding of digital media, recruitment advertising, and social media platforms. A full, clean, driving license, access to a car and willingness to travel to meet clients (expenses will be paid for by the company). Proven capability to engage and influence clients at all levels. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
