Cranleigh STEM has exclusively partnered with a rapidly expanding biotechnology company based in Winchester to recruit a Customer Success Specialist for a permanent position. In this role, you will act as a technical specialist between R&D and external customers/clients – supporting with enquiries, product management, and generating business reports.
This role will suit a recent life sciences graduate (molecular biology, biology, biochemistry) coupled with some commercial experience in industry – demonstrating strong communication skills with internal/external parties.
Customer Success Specialist Responsibilities
* Customer support
* Product management
* Sales admin support
* Working within our CRM system
* Generating business reports
* Liaising with our Operations and technical support teams
* Working within our ISO13485 Quality System
Customer Success Specialist Requirements
* Degree level qualification in molecular biology, biology, biochemistry, or similar.
* Experience working in a customer-facing role – demonstrating strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across different departments.
* Self-motivated character, with a real desire to pursue a career in biotech outside of the laboratory.
* Experience working with a CRM system would be preferred.
