We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Executive Assistant to provide key administrative and business support to our C-Suite team. Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Assist the C-Suite in delivering the organization’s strategic objectives by providing high-quality administrative and logistical support. Manage and maintain an accurate and detailed calendar, handle scheduling requests, resolve conflicts, and proactively communicate changes. Coordinate and prepare departmental reports and documentation for Board meetings and other high-level engagements. Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing and circulating agendas, taking formal minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action points. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and with external stakeholders on behalf of the C-Suite. Project Support: Conduct research and analysis on various topics, including regulatory and industry-specific issues, to support decision-making. Provide comprehensive support for the delivery of key assignments and initiatives led by the C-Suite. Stakeholder Management: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the C-Suite, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to support seamless communication and collaboration. Travel and Logistics: Manage travel arrangements, including scheduling, bookings, and preparation of itineraries. Handle ad hoc administrative duties and reprioritize tasks at short notice to meet business needs. About You About You We are looking for a graduate with: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. A high level of discretion and sound judgment when dealing with confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
