This practice is proud to serve a patient population of approximately 9,000, offering high-quality healthcare with a strong focus on training and development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of the practice’s administrative operations.
About the Role:
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has prior experience in primary care administration, particularly with EMIS Web clinical systems. Working as part of a strong and dedicated administrative team, the successful candidate will take responsibility for key tasks such as:
Managing day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with practice policies.
Data entry and patient record management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Supporting clinical and non-clinical teams with administrative needs, including scheduling and correspondence.
Assisting with reporting tasks such as QOF (Quality and Outcomes Framework) and other NHS reporting requirements.
