Role Overview
The HR Officer will play a key role in delivering effective HR support across both Smile White and Yorkshire Dental Suite. This is a generalist role with a strong focus on employee relations and learning & development (L&D). You’ll work closely with managers and team members to support a wide range of HR activities, ensuring compliance, best practice, and a people-first approach.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide generalist HR administration to support to the HR Admins and the HR department ensuring efficiency and compliance in HR processes .
· Managing employee data, processing leaves, and handling benefits claims.
· Support and maintain the HRIS system, record keeping and HR Inbox
· Design and deliver training and development programmes in alignment with company needs and employee growth.
· Support the HR Director with all task requested to drive the people strategy.
· Assist in developing initiatives to support employee engagement, wellbeing and being the positive change agent to enhance the employee experience.
· Support HR reporting and analytics to track key people metrics.
· Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements
· CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards).
· Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-site environment.
· Strong knowledge and practical HR experience in employee relations.
· Experience in designing and delivering learning & development programmes.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
