Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 (Negotiable - DOE)

Service and Engineering Works Coordinator - The Role:
The Service and Engineering Works Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day operations, including preparing quotes, mobilising engineers, and managing administrative tasks.
Service and Engineering Works Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare budgets and quotations for small works
- Submit and track quotations
- Assist with the preparation of handover documentation for small works
- Coordinate engineer mobilisation and schedule site visits
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via phone, email, etc.
- Update and maintain documentation, databases, and spreadsheets
- Manage CRM system enquiries and project folders
- Ensure the preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Schedule meetings and ensure accurate record-keeping
Service and Engineering Works Coordinator - You:
We're looking for someone with:
- A Business or Administration qualification (NVQ Level 3)
- Previous coordination or administrative experience
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and excellent time management
- A full, valid driving licence
- Experience in service management or the electrical/power generation industry
