MWHT is looking to strengthen their Office Services Team with a n Office Manager based at our Derby Office. You will report to the Operations Director and your role will cover management and administration of the Derby Office and provide a professional and efficient administrative service to the regional team. Key responsibilities: Management of the office premises, facilities and administration services ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient running and operation of the office. Management and interface with the landlord, facilities management, reception and other service providers. Support and assist the Operations Director and their team. Line manage and support the Receptionist/Business Support Administrator. First Aider and Fire Marshal and ensure appropriate cover in place. Promote office initiatives, communications and fundraising events. Develop and manage online and manual filing systems. Carry out relevant administration tasks ensuring compliance with BMS and document management. Ensure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking/conferences/associations/groups, to stay current on industry changes and innovations. Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback. Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role. In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of the department and MWH Treatment as well as maintaining mutually constructive, positive and beneficial relationships.
