Closing Date: 19th March Location: Nottingham (Full time, Monday-Friday) Contract: Maternity secondment – 6 months Recruitment Partner: Frankie McCallister-Lyas About the role: The Visual Merchandising team responsible for how No7 comes to life in the instore environment, across all permanent furniture. You will coach and develop a team of two Assistant Visual Merchandising Managers to deliver exciting and differentiated activation plans for NPD and brand campaigns that that are rooted in insight. This role is responsible for leading the design and development of new fixtures and fittings, working cross functionally with the Retail Design Team to deliver innovative furniture solutions for No7 owned furniture. We are looking for someone who is passionate about team culture, our customers and driving innovation. Key responsibilities: • Be the brand guardian for creative translation of the Brand Visual Identity for instore execution within UK&I markets. • Translate Global Toolkits for instore execution across all permanent touch points within Instore. • Lead any strategic creative development for locally led initiatives. • Work closely with Global Brand, Local Brand, Commercial and Category Management Teams to ensure all activation is backed in insight and has clear commercial return on investment. • Collaborate with agency partners on briefing, creative development and production. • Oversee all stakeholder engagement and sign off of activity before go to market. • Strong budget management is required for this role. • Focus operational excellence and landing right first time for stores and our customers. • Working with agility to flex the plan according to the business priorities. • Evolve and embed best in class ways of working to maintain internal, retailer and agency relationships. What you’ll need to have: • A background in Visual Merchandising, Design & Development or similar Creative role • Deep understanding of development and print methods • Strong leadership with confidence to make own informed decisions. • Demonstrate expert communication and stakeholder management skills • Able to work at pace and under pressure in a cross functional model • Meticulous attention to detail • Strong commercial acumen • Previous Beauty experience, with an understanding of Self Selection Cosmetics Design & Development would be advantageous Who we are No7 Beauty Company is made up of five iconic brands - No7, Liz Earle, Soap & Glory, Botanics and Sleek MakeUP.
