Position: Operations Analyst - Mail
Contract Type: Permanent – 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday / 09.00-17.00
Location: Ryton on Dunsmore, Coventry – flexible working - office based 3 days per week

About the role:
* To create daily, monthly, and quarterly customer reports.
* Provide stakeholders with accurate reports showing forecasted volumes, collected volume and delivery successes.
* Support the operational requirements of UKMCC.
* Support the creation of ad hoc reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
* Respond to queries within SLA for any reporting or forecasting enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong analytical skills, therefore a working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, being able to analyse, manipulate and present data in an easily understandable way to stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing.
* Experience in using Power BI & VBA would be a distinct advantage.
