We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to join our dynamic client. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities include:
* Optimize production operations to meet sales demands while minimizing costs and maximizing asset utilization
* Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of customer orders
* Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to increase asset utilization and reduce downtime
* Support the general management of the plant as needed
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive business growth
* Ensure a safe working environment for all site staff, with a strong focus on health and safety
* Develop and maintain a clear understanding of operational performance metrics and ensure all site KPIs are up-to-date
* Work closely with production planning, supply chain, commercial, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and information flow
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance overall business performance
* Manage the training, discipline, and appraisal processes for the manufacturing team
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in a production management or similar role
* Strong understanding of manufacturing operations
* Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* IOSH or similar health and safety qualification
