We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician (or those with a trades background) to join our team, working throughout Central Scotland.
Your main responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician will be to carry out day-to-day maintenance on the fabric of our homes, our services and grounds, and manage the upkeep of gardens, car parks, and common areas, in order to ensure that our homes are maintained in a safe and efficient functional order. You will ensure the Company’s high standard of presentation is maintained at all times, and ensure an efficient, safe and homely environment for our residents. You will be responsible for the security of outside storage areas, and maintaining clear and accurate records in accordance with Health & Safety requirements, including fire, and practice and promote safe working practices within the Homes.
To be considered for this role, you will hold a clean UK Driving Licence and have a vehicle. You will have a proven track record in building maintenance and at least one year's experience in a similar role. You are aware of Health & Safety requirements and be willing to undertake mandatory training - a recognised trade qualification is desirable.
