Fawkes and Reece are excited to partner with a leading national contractor to recruit a skilled and experienced Site Manager for a key construction project based in Maidstone. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage site operations, ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities for a Site Manager
* Oversee daily site operations and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site staff.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
* Prepare and maintain site documentation and reports.
* Regularly report on progress to senior management.
Requirements for a Site Manager
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
