Responsibilities:
* Managing the Professional Services frameworks
* Working closely with internal consultants to identify and bring opportunities to the business to support the achievement of the strategic goals
* Responsible for line managing a Framework Manager
* Working with all the consultants on the framework to promote Construction frameworks alongside Regional Delivery Managers
* Supporting the Regional Delivery Managers with client enquiries around portfolio of frameworks
* Working with the internal marketing team to identify opportunities to promote frameworks
* Expediting and managing general enquiries
* Reviewing tender notifications for potential projects
* Working with the procurement team to manage the tender process through the internal portal
* Ensuring Framework targets are met and/or exceeded
Hours: Full time Monday – Friday (Flexitime)
Required Skills & Experience:
* Have an understanding of public sector procurement or construction frameworks
* Understand the importance of good supplier management processes
* Great interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels and be comfortable with delivering presentations
* Confident, assertive, able to work independently and make decisions without the requirement for continuous supervision
