About the role and responsibilities The successful candidate will assume a generalist ‘hands-on’ full remit HR role which is likely to include: Onboarding new joiners and managing leaver processes In liaison with Partners, ensuring flexible working and family leave requests are handled in accordance with policy and legislation and to support our People Handling employee queries and maintaining cordial employee relations Maintaining up-to-date electronic personnel records for all of our people including contractual information, correspondence and maintaining our HR Database Involvement in organising learning and development/training Contributing to policy reviews and policy updates including initiating policy enhancements Supporting the People & Talent Partner in delivering specific projects and new initiatives What you will need to bring to the role: Enthusiasm to learn, self-motivation to develop Preferably minimum Level 5 – CIPD qualified Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant and related role, preferably in professional services Experience of a HR and Payroll database – experience of Cascade HR software will be a distinct advantage A ‘can-do’ attitude and a natural sense of urgency Professional demeanour Demonstrates utmost discretion and confidentiality Demonstrates close attention to detail Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills – is able to effectively manage a number of HR duties and projects at once in a fast-paced working environment.
