About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Life Practitioner to join our team at An Diadan House in South Croydon.
Reporting to the Registered Manager, the Senior Night Support Worker is responsible for advocating and providing person-centred care and supporting our staff team to perform their wide range of duties appropriately and effectively, ensuring they can deliver the best possible care and support to our residents.
You must have previous experience in a senior role. An NVQ level three in health and social care is advantageous.
We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver's licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
