About the Role
KraftHeinz is seeking an emerging content creator to connect our brands with consumers through culturally relevant content. You will be part of our "Kitchen," an in-house agency team focused on delivering content rapidly aligned with current trends and personalized at scale. This role involves managing our onsite production studio, which includes food photography, social media videos/images, lifestyle content, and ad hoc requests from the broader business.
The content creator will collaborate closely with our in-house designers, content specialists, communications team, and broader brand teams to fulfill creative briefs. The ideal candidate has comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end production process, including physical equipment (camera, lighting, backdrop, props) and software (Adobe Creative Cloud) to produce high-quality content.
Your Responsibilities
1. Planning, shooting, and editing digital content for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (reels, stories, posts, long-form), web, eCommerce A+ content, and print.
2. Expertise in videography, photography, and post-production editing suitable for various formats.
3. Staying updated on trending topics related to our brands and food to support creative ideation.
4. Testing new ideas and pushing creative boundaries to enhance consumer engagement.
5. Managing all aspects of food photography shoots, including styling, prop management, pre-production, photography/videography, post-production, and final asset creation.
6. Overseeing the management of the in-house production studio and Kitchen space for cooking activities.
7. Collaborating with the broader Kitchen team to deliver brand content briefs.
Who You Are
* Strong time management and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
* Experience with basic production equipment such as cameras, LED lighting, backdrops, etc.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for editing static images, animations, and videos.
* Passionate about social media trends and content creation best practices.
* Capable of working independently and managing internal stakeholder timelines.
Minimum Requirements
* 1-3 years of experience with an agency, in-house, or a strong portfolio from freelance or university projects.
* Experience creating social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar software.
* Interest and skills in food photography, styling, and composition.
* Excellent retouching and post-production skills.
* Some knowledge of graphic design and animation.
