Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming hire requests and provide accurate quotations and availability. Schedule equipment delivery, collection, and servicing in coordination with logistics and workshop teams. Maintain accurate hire records and manage contracts using hire management software. Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships. Monitor fleet status and availability, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and compliant. Requirements: Previous experience in hire coordination. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
