Omega Yamaha Centre is looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join our team of 6. The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth and effective operations of the Workshop and high level of customer satisfaction. Main activities of the role include: receiving and distributing job cards fixing motorbikes maintaining admin records and databases accurate liaising with other departments regarding parts/accessories/sales maintaining stock levels accurate and ensuring all parts are in stock booking customers answering customer queries covering for technicians when required Requirements: technical knowledge of motorcycles and motorbikes excellent customer service skills proven by experience in customer facing role computer literate (Microsoft Office & Google Suite) experience in a similar role (at least 1 year) knowledge of the industry must be available to work on Saturdays If you would like to do what's above and meet all or most of the requirements, please apply below by submitting your CV.
