Exciting Opportunity! Registered Manager for Children's Home (£45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience)

This role is perfect for a Deputy Manager looking to step up or an experienced Registered Manager ready to lead a home where you can truly impact the lives of young people. You'll be joining a team that's all about nurturing, developing, and helping children thrive, while working closely with their families, external stakeholders, and a supportive network of caregivers.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the daily operations of the home with confidence and care.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of caregivers to provide the highest quality of care.
- Oversee individualised care plans, ensuring every child gets the support they need to flourish.
- Build strong relationships with children, their families, and external partners.
- Ensure a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can grow emotionally and physically.

What We're Looking For:
- Someone with leadership experience in **residential childcare** (at least 2 years).
- A passion for making a positive difference in children's lives.
- Strong communication skills to engage with children, families, and teams.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards it).
- Ready for a challenge and excited to grow alongside the home.
