Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage engineering teams delivering complex, high-profile aerospace projects.
2. Oversee systems engineering activities across the entire product lifecycle, from concept through to in-service support.
3. Drive innovation and excellence in engineering practices, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, HR, and technical specialists to enhance engineering capability.
5. Develop and implement engineering strategies, ensuring robust governance and high-quality technical outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong experience leading teams to deliver complex engineering solutions.
2. Expertise in Systems Engineering and the development of complex systems.
3. Proven leadership, communication, and people management skills.
4. STEM degree and/or Chartered Engineer status.
5. Experience working within a highly regulated industry, applying engineering tools, methods, and standards.
6. Familiarity with Model-Based Engineering approaches and supporting toolsets.
