We’re recruiting for a Site Engineer to join the Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA). What will you be doing as our new Site Engineer? Our Site Engineer will play a key role in the successful delivery of the Strategic Pipeline Alliance, Promote a healthy safety culture on site, challenging behaviours and promoting good practice. Work collaboratively with site management team and framework contractors to coordinate works ensuring interfaces are adequately managed. Ensure that all works are carried out in line with Water Industry standards and that protocols are followed. Provide day to day quality assurance inclusive of setting out, surveying and quality checks. Complete and maintain inspection test records for all site activities as outlined within the inspection test plan. Ensure that all works are completed to specifications and drawings. Support Site Agent with quantification of materials, stock control and procurement of materials. Provide technical engineering skills and knowledge to support the Site Team Support Site Agent and Design Team, providing knowledge and expertise to overcome engineering challenges. Have a proactive approach to resolving any unanticipated technical challenges on site. Maintain adequate site records inclusive of daily diaries, quantities of works completed and photographic evidence. Support the Site Agent in the planning of upcoming works, ensuring adequate labour, plant and materials are available to deliver the works in line with the programme.
