Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer at STR Group, your key duties will include:
* Quality Documentation Management: Reviewing and updating quality-related documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Supplier Engagement: Collaborating with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Customer Support: Supporting customer visits and addressing quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Root Cause Analysis: Analyzing data to identify recurring problems and defining corrective and preventive actions to prevent future occurrences.
* Continuous Improvement: Driving initiatives to enhance product and process quality, reducing defects and improving overall efficiency.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
* Quality Experience: Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar quality-focused role, with a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and experience working within a highly regulated industry.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
