Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Caldicot. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Class Teacher, providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils engage with their learning. We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant who is proactive, supportive, and able to adapt to the individual needs of each child. Your Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
* ️ Build strong, positive relationships with pupils and encourage participation in class activities.
* ️ Provide targeted support for pupils, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
* ️ Work collaboratively with the Class Teacher to implement strategies that support pupils’ learning goals.
* ️ Offer regular feedback on pupils’ progress and any challenges they may face.
