About the Role:
* Reviewing and maintaining relevant safe systems of work and current processes and procedures.
* Assisting with sourcing, booking, and scheduling internal and external training across a variety of teams.
* Maintaining the company training records including reviewing / monitoring service engineer & delivery team competence.
* Continually reviewing and recording subcontract competencies.
* Carrying out on-site CDM inspections UK wide (area specific depending on location of home, however some further distance travelling may be required periodically in busy periods).
* Auditing Service Engineers in the field reporting observations and advising opportunities for improvement.
* Setting up online inductions with Clients.
* Support with the review and management of documentation within our legal compliance system/integrated management system.
* Assisting in recording, completing, and scheduling pre-qualification questionnaires.
* Providing document control and process map support across the business to further develop the companies integrated management system and company safe systems of work and ensuring documents are relevant and the correct revisions are being used.
* Assisting the HSEQ team in collating and recording evidence for third party audits in line with ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 accreditations.
* Recording and investigating H&S incidents including accidents and near misses including witness interview notes, recording, and analysing root causes together with the HSEQ Manager.
* Raising non-conformance and behavioural issues to the HSEQ Manager in a timely manner.
* Ensure all relevant health, safety records (e.g. risk assessments, non-conformance reports, incident registers etc.) are revised and revisions updated as and when necessary.
* Receiving, recording, and reviewing site paperwork bringing non-conformances and concerns to the attention of the HSEQ Manager and assisting NC close outs and end of month reporting.
* Liaising with Clients and Subcontractors for receipt, reviewing and recording of mandatory documents.
* Assisting in the annual completion of accreditation qualification questionnaires and evidence collating on various portals.
* Issuing site H&S Files liaising with the Project Engineer to ensure these are briefed and the mandatory forms are recorded and chasing any missing information.
