* As a Director of Sales you will predominantly focus on the North American Market in order to increase geographical contribution. It is therefore imperative that this role is proactively weighted.
* You will lead, manage & motivate the Sales team to enhance performance, achieve business goals, financial budgets and service standards.

* Communication is vital for our departments to run perfectly. Our Director of Sales must communicate with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment.

* Minimum 2 years’ proactive experience in the North American market within the luxury sector.
