What you will do:
* Provide high-quality psychological advice to support children and young people’s well-being and learning outcomes in accordance with SEN legislation.
* Offer expert guidance in appeals to the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal and represent during hearings when required.
* Engage in consultation, assessment, and planning within designated schools to support targeted services.
* Lead training sessions to improve teaching quality, addressing SEN and barriers to learning effectively.
* Monitor and evaluate school interventions, sharing exemplary practices and outcomes.
* Contribute to policy development alongside colleagues, creating evidence-based improvements.
* Stay updated with ongoing professional development in psychology and educational practices.
* Prioritise safeguarding, adhering to child and adult protection policies to ensure welfare and safety.
