Hybrid working after probation Study support Cycle-to-work scheme Interest-free season ticket loan On-site parking Private medical insurance Corporate eyecare Group income protection EV car scheme Key Responsibilities: Accurately process purchase invoices and credit notes in a timely manner Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain and update the purchase ledger Assist in preparing monthly purchase ledger reports Work closely with internal departments to resolve invoice queries Prepare and execute payment runs in line with company policies Support the wider finance team with general administrative tasks What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting software (Sage preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and within a team A proactive approach to resolving issues Interested?
