Located in the heart of Halls Gap, and set against the spectacular landscape of Gariwerd / Grampians National Park, Silverband Lodge is the perfect base for school excursions and journey-based programs, corporate retreats, family reunions or large group stays. Nestled on 47 acres of bushland flush with native flora and fauna, at Silverband Lodge you have access to the vast trails and natural wonders of the National Park whilst enjoying convenient access to the facilities and services on offer in Halls Gap. We are seeking qualified and experienced outdoor activity instructors / group leaders to join our innovative and customer-focused team.

Then this could be the role for you, working in a stunning environment 3hrs from Melbourne.
The Job
Primarily to instruct and lead specialised outdoor activities and / or lead groups on residential and journey-based camps. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service, professionalism, motivation and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
The Conditions
Casual / freelance roles available. Salary subject to experience and qualifications. Generous benefits (including further training, meals, uniform available). Conditions as per the Hospitality (General) Award.
1. Tertiary qualification (Degree or Cert IV) in Outdoor Education / Leadership or similar, and / or relevant experience.
2. Working with children check, police check and driver’s license essential.
