This role will last for 6 months to cover an absence within the team. It can be considered on a 4 or 5 day per week basis and offers excellent flexibility around hybrid working - on average you will be on site at Wakefield just 1 day per week with the remaining days WFH
The post holder will be responsible for the development and operational management of aprehensive and high-quality People's Experience, OD, Leadership and Management, Wellbeing, and Inclusion service that supports the ongoing development of the organisational culture and ways of working.Through effective OD, People Experience, talent, leadership and management development, wellbeing, and inclusion strategies, the post holder will play a key role in South West Yorkshire Partnership Trust, nurturing the culture, behaviours, systems, and processes to engage and empower staff and develop talented leaders and managers at all levels across the organisation.The post holder will lead people and cultural improvement and innovation programmes, ensuring the appropriate design, enablement, engagement and implementation processes are in place to ensure successful delivery.
This is a senior manager post requiring the post holder to be a strong team player and to make a significant contribution to the achievement of the Trust’s Mission and Values. The post holder will be part of the Trust’s Senior People team and will work closely with managers, staff, and other stakeholders in all the Trust’s Care Groups and Support Directorates.
