THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive (New Business) to join our dynamic Client Sales team in the UKI! In this pivotal role, you’ll focus on building strategic partnerships with Mid-market and Enterprise prospects, crafting tailored solutions to meet their unique challenges.
YOUR IMPACT
* Complex Deal Closer: Leverage your experience in SaaS and complex sales to successfully close high-value deals, regularly exceeding six figures, while showcasing a deep understanding of clients needs and strategic growth opportunities.
* Strategic Opportunity Builder: Develop and implement proactive strategies to source new opportunities and build a robust pipeline of top-of-funnel leads.
* Executive Presence: Demonstrate a polished, confident demeanor when engaging with senior leaders, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
* Collaborative Partner: Work closely with your Sales Development Representative to prioritize accounts and align outreach strategies.
* Network Builder: Represent Wellhub at industry events, expanding your professional connections within the HR and Reward community.
* Pipeline Manager: Own your pipeline of opportunities, showcasing initiative and expertise.
* Content Creator: Develop tailored content that resonates with prospects, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
* Proposal Expert: Craft compelling proposals and comprehensive business cases for high-value deals.
* Internal Collaborator: Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to close deals.
* Product Champion: Become the go-to expert on Wellhub’s offerings, understanding our market position and value proposition.
