The Wave, Bristol, are recruiting Chef Team Leaders to join us for a
busy 2025 season.
As our Chef Team Leader (often called Chef de Partie) you can run the kitchen and the team in the
absence of the Chef Management team. Striving to assist in the running of a
successful and growing business that delivers fantastic food and an amazing
customer experience.
Our Chef Team Leaders:
* Assist in the
efficient running of the kitchen, through smart prep, great teamwork and
working at pace
* Work on all
sections independently and build all menu items to spec and at pace
* Able to run and
carry out service in our pop-up kitchen spaces (this may be working
independently)
* Ensure the
completion of daily and weekly jobs including laundry, deep cleaning and
productions, assigning where needed
* Produce the menu to
the highest quality and to spec every time
* Play your part in a
culture of amazing service through great teamwork between all areas of the
F&B department
* Work to the highest
levels of food hygiene/safety, so that the department is safe, legal and passes
both EHO and internal audits
* Manage the chefs
working on different sections ensuring process and standards are met
Our ideal Wavemaker will
have a desire to assist others, ensuring visitors leave with a smile on their
face. They will have a strong attention to detail, especially with regards to
Health & Safety and site standards. Our Wavemakers use their
initiative effectively and take a proactive approach to any challenges that
arise. They have ability to work under
pressure, with a drive and determination to achieve the best, demonstrating a
can-do attitude.
