A vacancy has become available for a CT Radiographer to work on a permanent part-time basis, with an innovative and patient-focused practice. This Perth-based private practice clinic is looking for an experienced radiographer to join the team. This is an autonomous role, working with state-of-the-art equipment in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
Your typical day will include :
* Performing a variety of CT scans, including contrast (cannulating) and non-contrast studies.
* Conducting high-quality general X-rays in a safe and efficient manner.
* Collaborating in a multi-modality department alongside a skilled team.
* Contributing to quality assurance projects and ensuring compliance with infection control.
* Adhering to protocols for correct site, side, and patient identification to maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce accurate diagnostic images using advanced radiographic and CT technology.
* Manipulate and alter scanning protocols to accommodate patient pathology and clinical presentations.
* Share your technical knowledge and help shape the next generation of radiographers and / or health care providers.
* Participate in CPD activities, including presenting and attending internal and external training.
* Support quality assurance, patient care, and preparation for departmental procedures.
What We’re Looking For
* AHPRA registration.
* Proven ability to work independently to perform tasks expected of an experienced CT Radiographer.
