If you have a passion for customer service and a knack for administrative tasks, this position could be the perfect fit for you!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nMeet and greet visitors\nAnswer calls and directing inquiries to the right department\nManage incoming and outgoing mail\nProvide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry.\nBook and prepare meeting rooms\nOrder and set up catering for meetings.\nAssist colleagues with business travel arrangements\nPrepare correspondence and maintain accurate records\nKeep the office organised\nMaintain calendars \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nExcellent communication skills\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in your work\nAbility to prioritise tasks and work independently with minimal supervision\nFlexibility to adapt to changing organisational needs.\nConfident Microsoft Office skills \n\nOffice Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
