LAND RIGHTS ACQUISITION SPECIALIST - LONDON or BIRMINGHAM - PERMANENT - 38,550 - 56,465
ARM are working with a major infrastructure client and we are looking for Land Rights Acquisition Specialists to join their team.
About You:
* You will be an experienced land rights professional who has experience in negotiating, agreeing, and actioning land right acquisitions for utilities on property/land.
* You will have good stakeholder skills, with stakeholders including utility companies, legal experts, and third parties, both internally and externally.
* Your background could be from easements, wayleaves, or similar land right acquisition professions.
* Experience and knowledge of compulsory purchase is desirable but not essential.
What you will be doing:
The company is currently working with a large number of assets that require land rights for diversions or access for the full range of utilities. Your position will involve working with all parties to ensure land rights are obtained for activities. This will involve stakeholder management, negotiations, document creation, working with internal legal staff, and ensuring the fulfilment of objectives.
Location and Work Arrangement:
The position can be based in either London or Birmingham, depending on your location relative to either office. The company currently operates with a hybrid model of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
What you can expect in return:
The salary will depend on your location: London is between 41,750 and 56,465, and Birmingham between 38,550 and 52,152. This will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role.
