Main duties of the job As an Application Analyst and Principal Trainer, within the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme, you will act as a subject matter expert for specific care pathways aligned with your relevant work experience and be able to offer guidance to other Analysts within your team when designing, building, and testing of care pathways, ensuring alignment with the defined and agreed future state care pathways. We are specifically seeking those with experience or knowledge in any of the following areas: EPR and/or Oncology. You will complete and pass the relevant MEDITECH Expanse application training and be able to undertake complex process design and configuration or modification to the EPR application you are working on and adapt it to the working practices and standards that are agreed by the EPR programme. Additionally, will attend the Train the Trainer course for MEDITECH Expanse module(s) aligned with your workstream and you will be expected to deliver MEDITECH Expanse training (for your relevant workstream modules) to other EPR Analysts and end-users of MEDITECH Expanse across Norfolk & Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (N&WHAC). You will support the delivery of training for the MEDITECH Expanse training post-go live to ensure any new joiners are competent enough to use MEDITECH Expanse.
